The City of Burlington is situated on the shores of Lake Ontario with the Niagara Escarpment providing a picturesque backdrop to the north. The city is located right in the middle of the “Golden Horseshoe,” between Oshawa and St. Catherine's.

For those seeking recreation, the Mount Nemo conservation area is located at the north-end of Burlington offers five kilometers of hiking trails that connect to the Bruce Trail.
